Tankinis The Popular Choice

I have just been reading at the Lingerie Buyer website that "the Tankini has been voted as the favourite style of 2010 following a survey by website Discount Plus Size Swimwear.

The survey questioned 250 women sized 16 – 24 and asked them to rate their favourite styles based on the aesthetic, comfort, cost and versatility."

The tankini was popular as it:

• provides more coverage in the mid section
• good for bigger cup sizes
  
• can have an in-built bust support
• is comfortable to wear
• is versatile and offers lots of variety in styles and colours,
  

all of which the voter seemed to like.

A tankini is a two piece swimwear item and is a popular swimwear choice.

There are different types of tankinis available.

• The apron tankini swimwear. This tankini top leaves the back uncovered with just the top band and the string ties touching the back portion.
