Last week I hurt my arm and have found putting my bra on quite painful. Last week I also mentioned about frozen shoulders and that a front fastening bra can be very helpful if you have a frozen shoulder or have hurt your arm like I have!

Frozen Shoulder Treatment

Frozen Shoulder - We get an increasing amount of enquiries from ladies who are having shoulder problems and mobility in the shoulder area is difficult, therefore finding a suitable fitting and comfortable bra is a real issue.

One of the most common heard complaints is trying to fasten a bra at the back is nigh on impossible and having to ask for assistance is not only embarrassing, it is downright impossible if you live on your own!

The good news is that it appears that more and more of you are having treatment to ease the pain and in some cases having surgery to correct the problem – in some cases replacement shoulder surgery.

Treatment for frozen shoulder varies depending on the stage of the condition, and the severity of pain and stiffness. The aim of treatment is to keep your joint as mobile and pain free as possible while your shoulder heals. In many cases, your GP may refer you for specialist treatment from a physiotherapist, who can help you maintain movement and flexibility in your shoulder through a number of techniques.

We have a new full figure convertible bra by Dominique coming soon.

Practical and highly supportive, this convertible bra has a three sectioned underwired cup with extra supportive boning to the cups, side boning and silicone gripper edging, gives confidence and shaping of the bust to the wearer, shaped underbust band. Pretty pearl detailing at the centre gore and delicate lace edging at the top of the cups.

This is a wired, strapless multiway bra with full cups and 4 hook fastening at the back.

Sizes available will include 34-48 C, D, E and F and 34-46 G.
Available in white.
