Uncomfortable Bra

When your bra feels uncomfortable it could be a sign that you may need to change the style or size of bra.

Here are a few helpful tips to solve this problem.

• Try hooking the bra on a different set of hooks as the bra may be too tightly hooked so that the band is pinching and cutting into the body.
• Try a bra that has 2 or more hooks.
• The bra band size may be too small so re-measure your bra band size and possibly increase the bra band size.
• The sides of the bra may be too narrow for your figure type so consider changing the style of bra. A longline bra has a wider band for extra support and shape enhancing.

Bra Rides Up At Back

When your bra rides up at the back it is often a sign that your bra band size may be too large.

Here are a few helpful tips to solve this problem.

• Try hooking the bra on a different set of hooks as the bra may be too tightly hooked so that the bra rides up at the back.
• Try a bra that has 2 or more hooks.
• Try loosening the straps as starps that are too tight will pull the bra up.
• Re-measure your bra band size and possibly decrease the bra band size since band sizes that are too big will allow the bra to ride up at the back.
• Re-measure your cup size to check that the cup size is not too small and possibly increase the bra cup size by one letter.
